Applying for GitHub Student Developer Pack -

• Google - ‘GitHub Student Developer Pack’ click on first result. 

• Then click on Sign Up for Student Developer Pack. If you did not see this option click on the ‘Student’ option on the right corner and then click student developer pack. 

• Choose according to your needs - If you are student then click on students and if you are teacher then click on teacher. 

• Here on the right side you will be able to see your past application approved as well as rejected.

 

• If you scroll down you will be able to see various options - where you will have to fill your email, college name etc.

1. If you do not have edu email proceed with your gmail and provide supported docs on the next page.
2. But if you have a college email ID then it will be easy and your application will get approval within one day.
3. Try to give Edu mail - that is the best chance to get your application approved without any trouble. 
4. Describe How you are going to use the Student Pack.

• Make sure you have a college ID or Receipt or Any other document where the date must be mentioned. 

• Upload your document and submit your application.

• Once you submit your application within 5 days you will get a reply from the GitHub team that your application is approved or rejected. 

• If your application gets rejected then check the reason and submit with correction.

• And If your application is accepted you will receive a welcome email from Github.
