If you have doubts any new products from apple and still don't know how to use or have some donuts in your mind about that product then, You should book your appointment with apples specialist for 30 minutes free of cost. When you buy a new product, after some days you will receive email from apple ' Schedule your free Online Personal Session', where you can chose maximum  two topics that you want to know or want to learn more about these two topics. ( In case of Mac topics will be  - iCloud, Work, Photo & videos, Accessibility, Setup, Security & Privacy, Music, Apps & Services). 

Once you select you topics then you will have to chose time and date according to your comfort zone. After scheduling your online session you will receive a confirmation email. 

Don't worry about specialist - These people are really cool, they will explain you as much as possible in 30 minutes, ( I was so scared to schedule my session and even did not know how these things work and all).

You can also cancel or reschedule your session in case of any difficulty or urgency.

Will I receive zoom, MS-team call from them ? 

No, There will not be any zoom or MS-teams call from their team, When your session is start you will have to put your mobile number which you have provided while scheduling your session (If you did not give your number - no worries) They will starts chatting with you in starting, if you have not given your mobile number then, Your number will be asked by them to make a voice call with you. So in one hand you can talk with them and in other hand you will be following their instruction for your product (Ex. Mac).


What you will need for your session:-

  • A computer with high speed internet.
  • Mobile phone so they can talk with you.
  • Apple product - which you have brought or you want to know about that product.
  • Your mail address - where session link or details will be provided to chat with you (In starting)

One thing is you will need to keep in mind that these / this is not technical support team, so don't west your time while asking technical question because you will only have 30 minutes. You can ask technical support question but they will not be able solve it, Definitely they can connect you to their support team at the end of the session or you will be given their connect details where you can contact them about your technical query.  

Will I get anything useful from this session - 
Yes definitely, While attending the session you can tell them to skip the part which you already know, so they can tell / teach other things that you don't know. 
At the end of the session they will provide you bunch of links and resources for you to explore more about your product. 

How was my experience with Apple's Specialist - 
It was great, He explained me as much as possible in 30 minutes. I already knew some basic things about my product, But yes there 2-3 things I had not explored like dictation.
