Starting With Nothing (

Hey Friends, Today I will share some key points which I think are very important while running a YT channel.

Beginning  with Nothing - 

• Don’t expect money from youtube in the beginning, Because if you do that then you will not be in the long term game. Instead of thinking of money, start putting some valuable content on your channel that will help people in their day-to-day life. 

Consistency + Single Video per week -  

• At least put one video on your youtube channel and keep doing it for two years. After two years you will know the power of consistency. 

Business vs Hobby - 

• There are some people who use youtube as a business opportunity as well there are some people who use youtube as a hobby but, the point is if you don’t have any hobby then use youtube as a business opportunity or if you have a hobby then you can go with your hobby.

Efforts -

• Make videos on those things or topics where you have given most of your time to create or build it. It means you can talk on that particular topic better than other topics where you haven't done anything. 

Ideas - '

• Sometimes in the beginning we don’t have any idea like what kind of videos should I make and In some cases we don’t have an idea after we created some videos - like we are running out of ideas. What videos or content should be made totally depend on you and your interest - like if you have an interest in Teaching in any subject then you can start teaching or If you have interest in vlogging or anything that you are Interested in, Start with that as your niche. And at the end of this point if you don't have any interest in anything that’s ok, Simply start with yourself like what do you do? What apps are you using to make your work smart?, or simply document yourself as a person who is going through the process. 

Re-Packing / Replacement of stuff / Content -  

• This is another way to get or find your track. Start replacing content from other sources like social media and explain it in your own words. Try to make sure that you give the credit to the original maker simply by taking his name or his book or anything that you are explaining.

Review - 

• Make reviews of your favorite things like movies, songs, series, websites, coding platforms, productivity apps, books, or anything that you are interested in.

Quotes :-  

• “You may never know what results come of your action, but if you do nothing there will be no results - Mahatma Gandhi “ and there is one more quote which I heard in SCAM 1991 series - I don’t know exactly , but quotes goes something like - “ Not taking risk is biggest risk” so every time if I have negative mindset or reasons to not do things which I want to do at that time I use all these principles to make things work for me without overthinking.

Write down or Forget It - 

• Many times this used to happen with me, like I got new ideas about content and all, but while doing other stuff I forgot it because there is a time limit after that particular time limit you will forget that particular thought if you did not pay enough attention to it. The more attention you give, the more time you will remember that topic (Kind of group discussion). If you give less attention then you're gonna forget it in less time and time could be anything like 5 seconds, 1 minutes. Try to write down your thoughts in a notebook and If you don’t want to write in a notebook then use your mobile notes, google tasks, google docs, notation, and there are many other platforms that you can use to write your notes or thoughts. Just make sure you write down your ideas when they come to mind. 

“ Make a Piece of content that is not going to work”. - 

• Making a piece of content that is not going to work means making content that you think is never going to work and that content could be helpful for someone.

Produce more than you consume - 

• This is a basic principle of life which will help you in your process. Try to produce more videos, articles, or anything that you're doing instead of consuming it too much.

OutPut :- 

• If you are doing research or spending ages or years finding niches  and finally you are not making video on that process or output then it's not useful  Because you are not producing anything, just wasting your time. 

 Open Platform - 

• Find open platforms where you can share your stuff and people can discover it. Otherwise if you are posting your stuff on a closed platform like blogging then people are never gonna find your stuff unless you tell them, sometime people can find your stuff but, It can take so long. 

Now Get Working with It - 

• Enough reading and start putting your stuff over the internet.
